Word to the wise: Careful when parking at the Swiss embassy. After the annual "Soiree Suisse" in Woodley Park, some of the 1,300 guests found $100 tickets on their windshields. We're told that during the party, three D.C. vehicles pulled up and a team quickly issued tickets to cars parked on a grassy strip adjacent to the embassy on 29th Street -- which looks like part of embassy grounds, but is actually city turf.
